Refund policy

Processing & Shipping

All Vellore orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Because each order is prepared with care and packaged securely to protect your device, delivery may take slightly longer than standard consumer goods.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–17 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days after shipment, please contact us at info@vivalissa.com with your order number.
We will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a cancellation or address change within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order enters processing and production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.


Returns & Refunds

At Vivalissa, we stand behind the quality of every item.
Because our products are hygiene-sensitive personal-care devices, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this happens:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vivalissa.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo or video of the issue

After review, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after approval.
Your bank or card provider may require a few business days to complete the processing.


What’s Not Covered

To keep pricing fair for all customers, the following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “I ordered the wrong colour.”

  • “I found it cheaper somewhere else.”

  • “The colour looks slightly different than on my screen.”

  • Normal wear and tear from use

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but screen brightness and colour variations may occur.

Once 24 hours have passed, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled unless it arrives damaged or is lost in transit.


Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not charged by Vellore and are the responsibility of the customer.

Vellore is not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we will always help you if an issue arises.

For many customers (U.S., Canada, EU), import duties are rare, but they are still possible depending on local regulations.
